Health is wealth – ye kahawat hum sab ne suni hai, lekin is par amal karna zaroori hai. Aaj ke fast lifestyle me log apni sehat par dhyan dena bhool jaate hain. Lekin agar aap thodi si planning ke sath apni daily routine me health care ko shamil kar lein, toh zindagi behtar ho sakti hai.
1. Subah ki Shuruaat Healthy Banayein

15–30 minutes ki walk ya yoga se din energetic banta hai.

2. Hydration ka khayal rakhein
Har din kam se kam 8–10 glass paani peena zaroori hai.
Dehydration fatigue aur headaches ka sabab ban sakta hai.
3. Balanced Diet lein
Har meal me protein, carbohydrates, and fiber ka balance hona chahiye.
Junk food aur processed items ko limit karein.
Seasonal fruits aur sabziyon ka istemal karein.
4. Proper Sleep lein
Har din 7–8 ghante ki neend lena health ke liye zaroori hai.
Late night mobile use se bachein, aur ek fixed sleep schedule banayein.
5. Stress Management
Meditation aur breathing exercises stress ko kam karte hain.
Apne favorite hobby ke liye waqt nikalein – jaise painting, music, gardening ya reading.
6. Regular Health Checkup
Har 6 mahine baad ek basic health checkup zaroor karwayen.
Agar koi health issue ho toh self-medication se bach kar doctor se consult karein.
